KITCHEN & MENU

Elda’s kitchen has broken out of the big restaurant style offering a smaller variety of inventive and inspired preparations through the use of fresh local ingredients.

Many will be pleased that some items made popular at Open Garden the previews years made their way through to the brand new menu.

The menu features traditional homemade Greek appetizer & casserole dishes with a twist, seasonal & local vegetables as well as seafood, poultry and steaks prepared "a la plancha" - a method of cooking quickly on heavy steel using little or no fats.

This method enhances the flavors and textures of the freshest, well seasoned ingredients.

Subtle tastes and all time classic comfort food, all served with a smile!

PORC FILET SOUVLAKI

Slow roasted pork filet on pita bread with caramelised onions, pickled peppers, parsley & cucumber yogurt salad.

SOUTZOUKAKIA

Traditional grand mothers’ meatballs with cumin and tomato sauce. Served with rice.

BIFTEKI

Grilled beef burger topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted fresh mozzarella.

A creamy sauce with Greek honey & sage from the garden. Served with basmati rice flavored with cardamom.

Traditional Paros’ dish. Octopus stew with onions, wine & spices, served with orzo pasta
